The Stuart SCT1 temperature controller is the ideal instrument for accurate temperature control of aqueous or oil based samples in the laboratory.
Designed for use with the Stuart metal top or ceramic top stirrer hotplates, the SCT1 can either be used as a precise controller of temperature up to a maximum of 200°C or as a digital thermometer.
Featuring a remote temperature probe that enables the main body of the controller to be kept away from potentially damaging fumes, an in-built clamp also allows the controller to be mounted either on a vertical or horizontal retort rod to provide flexible positioning.
Please note that the SCT1 unit includes the controller, metal temperature probe and cable to connect to the hotplate. You will need to separately add a retort rod and probe holder if these are required.
